Refund Policy

Famia Home believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Famia Home does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products
• In case you feel that the product received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

If we send damaged/defective/incorrect product, such cases are to be informed to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product as soon as possible. 

Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. A Video of the product received in damaged condition will ensure faster refund processing. You can send us the images on contact@famiahome.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

Returns have to be self-shipped by the buyer to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the product.

Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.

Non-receipt of Delivery

Once the product is shipped, the delivery representative will try to contact the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to connect with the delivery representative, the consignment will be returned to the company. In such case no refund will be made.

Refunds

In case of any Refunds approved by Famia Home, it'll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ). Please allow 8-10 days after receipt of returned item by us, for the amount to reflect in your statements.
